Hiring Process Steps
1. Review the Candidate Profile
Go to the “New Applications” tab in your Job Pipeline. Click on the applicant’s name to view their:

Video responses
-
Resume
-
Personality assessment
-
English proficiency results
Use this to assess if they meet your initial criteria.
2. Move the Candidate to "In Review"
If the candidate looks promising, drag them to the “In Review” stage. This helps track who you’re seriously considering.
3. Schedule an Interview
When ready, move the candidate to “Interview Scheduled.”

Message them using our built-in tools

Set a time for the interview

Use this Interview Question Library to guide your conversation
4. Complete the Interview
After your call, shift the candidate to “Interview Completed.”

Use our Interview Scorecard to evaluate them objectively
5. Make a Decision

If you want to hire, move them to “Accepted.”

If not, move them to “Declined.”
