Referral Program Overview
Companies can earn ongoing rewards by referring other businesses to VPM Solutions. Every time your referral hires and pays a Remote Team Member, you'll receive a percentage of VPM's fees.
How It Works- Companies earn 5% of the fees VPM Solutions collects from each company referral.
- Example: If your referral hires 3 Remote Team Members at $12/hour, VPM earns $3.60/hour in fees, and you earn $0.18/hour.
- Rewards are paid out quarterly.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
- Referrals do not expire as long as you and your referrals remain active on the platform.
- You can also earn when your referred company makes their own referrals.
- All referral tracking is available inside your VPM account.
💡 Important Note: To ensure you successfully receive your earned quarterly rewards, please verify that your payout method is properly configured in your account settings!
