Referral Program Overview
Companies can earn ongoing rewards by referring other businesses to VPM Solutions. Every time your referral hires and pays a Remote Team Member, you receive a percentage of VPM's fees, for as long as they keep working through VPM.
How It Works- Create your free VPM profile. You get your own personalized referral link.
- Share your link with friends, family and colleagues who could benefit from VPM Solutions.
- Start earning. When a company you referred hires Remote Team Members and pays them through VPM, you receive your referral rewards.
- You earn 5% of the fees VPM Solutions collects from each company you refer.
- Example: Your referral hires 3 Remote Team Members at $12/hour. VPM earns $1.20/hour in fees for each one ($3.60/hour total), and you earn $0.06/hour for each one ($0.18/hour total) for as long as the jobs are filled.
- If the company hires more Remote Team Members later, you earn on those too.
- You also earn when the company you referred makes its own referrals.
- There is no cap on how many companies you refer or how much you can earn.
- Rewards are paid out quarterly. All hours submitted and paid through VPM count toward your rewards.
- Referrals don't expire, as long as you keep your VPM profile and your referral keeps hiring and paying through VPM.
- You can track all your referrals and rewards inside your VPM account.
💡 Important Note: To make sure you receive your quarterly rewards, check that your payout method is set up in your account settings.

Q: Can I earn rewards for more than one company?
Yes. You earn on every company you refer, as long as they hire and pay Remote Team Members through VPM.
Q: Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No. There is no cap on the number of companies you refer or on the rewards you can receive.
Q: How much is the referral reward?
5% of the fees VPM Solutions collects for each hour paid to the Remote Team Members your referred company hires. See the example in the Overview & Guidelines tab.
Q: How often do I get paid?
Rewards are processed quarterly. All hours that are submitted and paid through VPM count toward your rewards.
Q: Do referrals expire?
No. To keep receiving rewards, you need an active VPM profile, and the company you referred needs to keep hiring and paying Remote Team Members through VPM.
Q: Can I track my referrals?
Yes. Your VPM account includes full tracking and reporting for your referrals.
