      Can candidates contact me?

      Candidates cannot contact you until you have invited them to a job.  Even if a candidate applies to your job they cannot contact you until you invite them to a job.  Once they are invited to a job, messaging is turned on and you can initiate contact through messaging.

      If a candidate applies to your job, you will be able to contact them.  They will not be able to contact you until you have reached out first.
