Initial Contact Permissions
To protect your inbox from unsolicited messages, a Remote Team Member cannot initiate direct contact with a Company out of the blue.
A communication channel is only opened between a Company and a Remote Team Member under specific circumstances:
- You Reach Out First: You utilize the platform's messaging feature to proactively contact a candidate whose profile you are interested in.
- They Apply to Your Job: You post an active job listing, and the candidate submits an application. Once they apply, you will be able to review their profile and initiate a conversation.
