Can I limit the number of hours a Remote Team Member can work per week?

The VPM platform does not have a feature to set or enforce limits on the number of hours a Remote Team Member can log per week.

To manage your workload effectively, we recommend that you:

• Set clear expectations upfront during the hiring process.
• Clearly define your company's policies regarding maximum hours, overtime, and whether or not additional pay will be provided for extra work.

This ensures both you and your Remote Team Member have a shared understanding of workload and compensation from the start.

You will have time each pay period to review any time card entries submitted.
