Additional Best Practices:

  • Don't Overwhelm: Do not ask for more than 2 items at one time. We have seen a decline in response rates if you ask for too much at once.
  • Limit Messages: Try to gather all necessary information in two or three messages. Response rates tend to drop significantly after the fifth request for new information.
